{"id":58,"date":"2012-03-08T06:28:33","date_gmt":"2012-03-08T06:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ourbestlife.org\/?p=58"},"modified":"2012-05-15T23:36:50","modified_gmt":"2012-05-15T23:36:50","slug":"empathy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ourbestlife.org\/?p=58","title":{"rendered":"Empathy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have been thinking a lot about empathy. \u00a0Empathy is the intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts or attitudes of another.<\/p>\n<p>I think empathy is one of our greatest gifts because it gives us the ability to share not only the lows, but also the highs with each other. \u00a0If I am truly empathizing with others to the fullest, then every sorrow on earth becomes mine to share, but so does every joy!<\/p>\n<p>Therefore if we consider a world with little or no sorrow, then the joy we could experience is INFINITE!<\/p>\n<p>I am going to intentionally practice empathy at home, with my friends, with strangers, with anyone who I come in contact with&#8230; let\u2019s see what happens!<\/p>\n<p>Say it, live it, believe it and IT WILL BE! \u00a0It is Our Best Life!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have been thinking a lot about empathy. \u00a0Empathy is the intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts or attitudes of another.
