{"id":1349,"date":"2017-03-24T09:26:12","date_gmt":"2017-03-24T14:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ourbestlife.org\/?p=1349"},"modified":"2017-04-26T09:40:13","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T14:40:13","slug":"opposites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ourbestlife.org\/?p=1349","title":{"rendered":"Opposites"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was talking with my daughter the other night before bed and she brought up heaven and hell. \u00a0She wondered why God would send anyone to hell? \u00a0It is such a simple question, and yet so deep that it has been debated by the greatest of minds.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s so interesting to me that in heaven there are no opposites. \u00a0The opposites of heaven exist only in hell. \u00a0For example, in heaven there is love, and the only way to describe the opposite of love in heaven is to say, &#8220;the absence of love&#8221;, because in heaven there is no word for hatred since\u00a0it\u00a0doesn&#8217;t exist\u00a0there.<\/p>\n<p>We live in a world where opposites co-exist,\u00a0and yet our true home is in a world where opposites don&#8217;t exist.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think God sends anyone to hell, but it is almost as if heaven can&#8217;t hold us while we still contain the opposites of heaven within ourselves. \u00a0Maybe it is the great weight of these opposites\u00a0within that cause us to fall from heaven as Lucifer did so long ago. \u00a0Maybe as we release them to Jesus we become <strong>light<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free of physical weight<\/li>\n<li>Electromagnetic radiation\u00a0&#8211; some of which\u00a0(waves within a certain portion of the spectrum) make\u00a0things visible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And once we have become light (in both definitions) &#8211; there is no place that can hold us but heaven.<\/p>\n<p>Oh my Love, my Lord, my sweet Jesus &#8211; the mysteries you have\u00a0buried around every corner amaze me, excite me and fill me with great joy as I stumble upon them time and\u00a0time again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was talking with my daughter the other night before bed and she brought up heaven and hell. \u00a0She wondered why God would send anyone to hell?
